Halloween grab bag!

This little set came together as  favors for a Halloween themed birthday party.  Cute stuff for a cute kiddo!  We started with classic jack-o-lanterns – those bug-eyed bats from last year (still searching for their anxiety meds) – and some giant candy corn, gone cute. Bug-eyed bats, scared cats and balloon pumpkins

I can’t help it. Where I live – technically – it’s just a minute or seven past Halloween and I’ve just got to post the one and only set of Halloween cookies I was able to do this year before we’re back to plain pumpkins and leaves through Thanksgiving. Last minute Jack Halloween cookies

In a pure monster dash, I frosted these cookies for my daughter’s Kindergarten Halloween party on the cusp of All Hallow’s Eve. Needless to say, this morning was a bit rushed as we scurried – with my visiting parents’ help – to photograph and package the Jack O’Lantern’s  and their candy corn treats before the morning bell rang at school. A pumpkin and three candy corns made their way into thirty favor bags for Linnea and her classmates.  Whew.  We made it.
